A native of Marshall, AR, Billy Yarbrough was raised in the same town where his family still resides. At the age of 16, he relocated to Northeast Missouri with his mother and stepfather, who were engaged in farming. He completed his high school education at Scotland CO. R1 High School in 1993.
After graduating from high school, Billy enrolled at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri, where he was involved in various organizations and became a member of Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He majored in Theatre and Speech and earned his degree in 1998.
In 2002, Billy shifted his focus to Nursing and obtained his degree in 2003. He then moved to Kansas City, Missouri, where he held multiple Nursing Supervisory roles, overseeing both staff and patients.
For the past decade, Billy has worked intermittently for Nations Media Partners. Since his retirement from Nursing during the COVID Pandemic, he began serving as the Director of Administration at Nations Media Partners on a full-time basis.
